| Rigid Signs Rigid Signs are available in Bone Safety Signs’ “BONELIGHT” 4mm Aluminum Composite Material (ACM), Reclaimed Aluminum and Virgin Aluminum. Signs are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, with finish options ranging from blanks to standard or custom signs. Signs can be laminated with Non-Reflective Vinyl, Engineer Grade, Hi-Intensity and Diamond Grade sheeting. | |||||

ACM's flat rigid surface and weather resistance ensures long-term work zone performance and durability. With a 30% decrease in weight than .080 aluminum signs; ACM is an excellent alternative for lightweight Type III signage. It is NCHRP350 approved and ISO9001-2000 - ISO14001 certified. | |||||
 | BONELIGHT uses Kynar 500 PVDF, a paint manufactured out of polyfluorated resin, formulated with other metal micro-grains for color and is protected by a peel-off protective sheeting. Kynar 500 PVDF is weather, chemical, corrosive and ultraviolet resistant to enable the BONELIGHT substrate to maintain its color and texture for up to 20 years. | ||||
